For the more adventurous, follow a snorkelling trail and view the coral and sea life up close. Lunch on board is included.
From Cairns, board the Kuranda Skyrail Rainforest Cableway and enjoy amazing views as you glide just feet above the lush rainforest canopy to Kuranda and on to the Rainforestation Nature Park. Here you'll see an amazing performance by the Pamagirri Aboriginal Dancers. Then set out on an escorted Dreamtime Walk and later enjoy a ride in the Army Duck. Afterwards, visit the local wildlife park, where you might like to have your photo taken with a koala (own expense). Return to Cairns this afternoon aboard the Kuranda Scenic Railway, travelling back through the rainforest.

Journey to Port Douglas via the Captain Cook Highway. Explore the Rainforest Habitat Wildlife Sanctuary on a tour through three different wildlife environments. After morning tea, enjoy a guided rainforest walk then cross the Daintree River by ferry into Daintree National Park. Enjoy a tropical buffet lunch at the Cape Tribulation Resort and Spa, then travel to Cape Tribulation Beach. There is time to take a stroll along the isolated sandy beaches or explore the rainforest in this World Heritage area- the only place in the world where two World Heritage areas meet. Stop at Alexandra Lookout for great views then take a Daintree River Cruise through the mangroves. Afternoon tea is served before your return to Port Douglas and Cairns.
After breakfast, enjoy a morning at your leisure in this vibrant city before transferring to Cairns airport for your onward journey.
