Description: Franklin Manor is a casual boutique hotel sits in the hillside in the outskirts of the village of Strahan, near the mouth of the Gordon River on Tasmania's west coast, 200 km north of Hobart. The Manor offers a convenient location from which to explore the West Coast. Guests are able to cruise the Gordon River, take a helicopter or seaplane flight over the wilderness, jet boat, hike, enjoy spectacular ocean beaches and visit the notorious penal settlement on Sarah Island.

Rooms: There are 18 guest rooms. The main house provides standard and executive deluxe rooms with individual style. The Stable Cottages have a rustic feel to them and are placed in the Manor grounds, with open plan living space.
