A short drive east through Airlie Beach is Shute Harbour, which is the home base for all Whitsunday Islands diving, sailing and reef tour operators. This first class boutique resort offers a low-rise 4 story tropical Mediterranean style with expansive balconies, arches and columns surrounded by tropical resort gardens. Inside the resort is cool and elegant with a largely nautical influence featuring tiled lounges and cane furnishings. Please note this is a non smoking property.
